Stars struck with Chikungunya

After the MACTA crisis has been solved and put to rest, another strike has hit the Malayalam film industry - almost all the top stars, both actors and actresses have become victims of chicken guinea. Following this massive attack of chicken guinea, all arrangements have been cancelled until the stars get their health back in order. All the shooting of films has been cancelled.

Nearly 40 actors and actresses have been affected by severe viral fever symptoms of chicken guinea and dengue. This list includes superstars Mohanlal and Mammotty. Heroines like Meera Jasmine and Kavya Madhavan also affected by severe joint pain and fever.

It is the first time in the Industry that most of the actors and actresses have suffered severe health problems simultaneously. When the MACTA representatives raised questions about the absence of actor and actresses at the meeting held at Kochi, the representative of actors Innocent replied that most of the members have suffered with viral fever.
