It's
quite
a
shocking
news
to
all
of
Mammootty's
ardent
fans.
It
looks
like
Mammootty
will
not
have
an
Onam
release
for
the
first
time
in
11
years!
The
shooting
of
the
actor's
proposed
Onam
release
Nasrani
has
been
delayed
due
to
rains
and
frequent
strikes
called
by
various
political
parties
in
the
'Land
of
Hartals'.
Theatres
which
had
charted
his
Nasrani
as
their
Onam
release
have
been
informed
by
the
distributor
Marakkar
Films
that
it's
release
has
been
postponed
to
Ramzan,
and
will
now
release
only
on
October
12.
Sources
from
the
actor's
side
assured
that
his
other
film
Ore
Kadal
will
be
screened
in
the
theaters
which
had
been
already
booked
for
Nasrani
to
avoid
disappointing
his
fans.
The
posters
of
the
film
Ore
Kadal
are
already
put
up
in
major
towns.
But
there
is
still
no
news
from
the
producer
of
Ore
Kadal
about
its
release
for
Onam.
It
may
be
recalled
that
a
writer
had
filed
a
case
against
the
film
last
month,
and
it
will
come
up
for
hearing
in
the
court
next
week.
