Meera signs more Mal. films this time

Meera Jasmine this time has made her mind up about her career. No more scandals, no more hard stand against glamour and no more refusal to intimate scenes. When she acted in Manirathnam's Aayutha Yezhuthu, the audience was shocked at some of the intimate scenes that she did with Madhavan. She said that she'd never do such scenes again. But that was a forgotten promise because in her new film with SJ Suryah, she has done a lot more, including a scene that seems to be very much inspired by the Hollywood classic Ghost, featuring Demi Moore and Patrick Swayze.

This time around, she has some impressive films lined up in Malayalam. Lenin Rajendran's Rathrimazha has her in the role of a dance enthusiast. She is the heroine of Sathyan Andhikaat's new film, Vinodayatra. She also will be starring in Blessy's new film with Dileep this year (though Dileep claims that he is least interested in getting awards, he ironically has signed a number of films with directors who are known to win awards). She will also star with Mammooty in Shyam Prasad's Orey Kadal. There are talks of another film with Mohanlal this year.
