Pyramid Saimira Theatres Limited (PSTL), who have made an entry in Malayalam filmdom after they launched their Kerala operations, and are now going to produce their first film with Suresh Gopi. The film has been titled as CBI from Delhi and is being directed by Shaaji Kailash.
It will be a typical Suresh Gopi movie based on investigation and action like the Suresh-Gopi-Shaaji-Kailash duo's previous ventures. Now, the latter is under compulsion to produce a hit to sustain his success rate in the industry, as his previous films Time and recently released Ali Bhai, failed to attract the masses.
PSTL has already announced that they are planning to produce 10 films this financial year with all leading stars in Malayalam cinema. Last week, they inaugurated their Kerala operations with the release of Ram Gopal Varma Ki Aag. The company has clinched the distribution rights of Mohan Lal starrer Pardesi for Ramzan.
