Well, circumstances have made sizzling Simran to get into Malayalam. She took sometime before becoming popular in Tamil. During the gap, she acted in Malayalam film Indraprasta. Soon afterwards, she became one of the most successful heroines in the history of South Indian films. Now that she is on a comeback mission after her marriage, Tollywood and Kollywood don't seem that eager to take her back. Therefore, she now has time to act in a Malayalam film.

Yes, this former glam girl is playing heroine role in a new film titled Heartbeats, directed by Vinu Anand. It features Indrajit is playing in the lead. There are talks that Simran also is planning to produce a film with herself in the lead role.
