Veteran actor Jayaram, who is at present enjoying long-awaited success in the industry with Veruthe Oru Bharya (after nearly five years of continuous flops), will soon team up with director Bibin Prabhakar in his next venture titled Samasthakeralam P.O., to be produced by Howley Pottoore under the banner of Dream Team Productions.
Samasthakeralam P.O. will feature script by K. Gireesh Kumar, who had also scripted Veruthe Oru Bharya, directed by Akku Akbar. The film is likely to start rolling by the end of October. The main shooting location will be Thodupuzha. More details about the film are awaited.
Bibin Prabhakar, former assistant to directors Ranjith, Shaji Kailaas and Padmakumar, debuted in Malayalam films with last year's Prithviraj starrer Khaki, a police story based on the cerebral conflicts between Ramakrishnan and Unnikrishnan, brothers of the Padathu family, who are both working with the police department. Khaki was a commercial hit for Prithviraj in 2007.
In 2008, Bibin again teamed up with Prithviraj in his second venture One Way Ticket, a film about Kunjaapoo, a jeep driver who is a die-hard fan of superstar Mammootty and his effort to maintain a balance between his love for the star and his personal life. The specialty of the movie was Mammootty, who appeared in a short cameo as himself.
