Jayaram heaves a sigh of relief

After being out in the cold for years, finally spring has come to Jayaram's career. His Veruthe Oru Bharya is running successfully and in a couple of weeks, it will reach the hundred day mark. The film continues its run in at least 12 centres in which it released. In fact, industry sources say that Veruthe Oru Bharya is going to become the biggest hit after Mammootty's Annan Thampi.

The film has earned collections worth Rs. 7 crores from its fifty day run. Releasing just before Onam, the film did well and none of the Onam releases could compete with it. This year's Onam went without any big releases which helped Veruthe Oru Bharya tremendously.

Gopika also can be happy about the film as it is her last release before marriage. She played the role of a 14-year old girl, a role unlikely to be done by the glamour-conscious divas of present times.
