which
was
earlier
slated
to
be
released
this
Christmas,
has
been
re-scheduled
to
Republic
Day
(January
26,
2009).
Fazil
is
directing
after
a
long
gap.
His
last
film
was
the
Tamil
film
Oru
Naal
Oru
Kanavu
(2005)
starring
Srikanth
and
Sonia
Agarwal.
Produced

Samuel
revolves
around
two
thieves,
Moses
D.
Samuel
(Dilip)
and
Kunninmel
Sankaran
(Harisree
Asokan),
who
habitually
enjoy
sumptuous
meals
at
marriages
without
being
invited.
One
day,
Samuel
witnesses
an
accident
where
an
overspeeding
car
driven
by
a
woman
hits
a
child.
Realizing
that
it
is
the
lady's
mistake,
Samuel
asks
her
to
compensate
the
child.
To
escape
from
the
predicament,
the
lady
gives
some
amount
as
compensation
and
flees.
Later,
it
is
known
that
the
accident
was
a
drama
played
by
Samuel
and
the
child
to
defraud
people
for
money.
However,
the
incident
brings
an
interesting
turning
point
in
their
lives,
forming
the
climax
of
the
film.
Aswathy,
a
final
year
student
at
St.
Theresa's
College,
Ernakulam
is
the
heroine.
Other
cast
members
include
Baby
Niveditha,
Janardhanan,
Sudheesh,
Anoop
Chandran,
Krishna
Kumar
and
Sudheer.
Veteran
music
director
Ouseppachan
will
set
music
for
lyrics
written
by
Kaithapram.
Camera
is
handled
by
Anandakuttan.
