Rajiv Menon to dabble in Bollywood again
Malayalam director Rajiv Menon, who has made the beautiful Tamil movies Minsaara Kanavu and Kandukondain Kandukondain, is eyeing Bollywood now. It is said that he is all set to make a film with Amitabh Bachchan, a remake of Bachchan's Abhimaan. The proposed film will be made with the name Dhun and guess what? The lead role will be done by Big B's darling son Abhishek Bachchan. Amitabh will also appear in a pivotal role.

This is not the first time that Rajiv Menon is entering Bollywood. Earlier, he had remade his Minsaara Kanavu as Sapnay in Hindi, which became an average grosser. Rajiv Menon is a multi-faceted personality who has even tried his hand in acting through the Malayalam film Harikrishnans which had Mammootty and Mohanlal in the lead roles. The film had him in a small but pivotal role by which the handsome director proved that he can also act. He has also wielded the camera for films like Mani Ratnam's Guru which had Abhishek Bachchan in the lead and the very famous Bombay.
