were
some
wild
rumours
on
Tuesday
that
Rambha,
the
vivacious,
curvy
heroine
had
attempted
suicide
and
was
in
the
hospital,
causing
her
fans
no
end
of
anxiety.
But
all
was
set
right
after
she
got
discharged
from
an
overnight
stay
in
a
private
nursing
home
and
clarified
that
it
was
just
a
bout
of
food
poisoning.
She
is
reported
to
have
said:
"I
was
uneasy
after
food
poisoning
and
was
kept
in
hospital
for
observation.
Some
ill-intentioned
rumours
were
spread
with
ulterior
motives
that
I
had
attempted
suicide."
"I
am
attached
to
my
family
and
am
a
happy-go-lucky
person.
My
co-stars,
producers
and
fans
telephoned
from
all
over
the
country,
demanding
that
I
disclose
the
identity
of
the
imaginary
man
who
is
supposed
to
have
jilted
me
and
they
all
wanted
to
force
him
to
marry
me!" a
smiling
Rambha
said,
speaking
from
her
residence.
Peppy
and
outgoing,
Rambha
started
her
career
with
Sargam
(Malayalam)
opposite
the
classical
dance
sensation
Vineeth
in
1992,
her
Telugu
debut
came
in
1993
with
Aa
Okkati
Adakku
directed
by
E.V.V.
Sathyanarayana.
She
is
one
of
the
few
actresses
who
has
maintained
a
healthy
balance
in
all
four
South
Indian
languages
and
also
has
a
prescence
in
Bollywood,
Bengali
and
Bhojpuri
movies.
At
present,
Rambha
is
acting
in
Vidiyum
Varai
Kaathiru,
which
also
stars
Prakashraj.
She
is
also
a
judge
in
a
TV
reality
show
called
'Maanada
Mayilaada'.
