Rajeev Kumar abandons Breaking News

Breaking News by T K Rajeev Kumar garnered much popularity even before the actually shooting commenced. But if the latest news is to believed then it is said that the project has been abandoned. The movie which was hailed as the comeback movie of T K Rajeevkumar was to feature Mohanlal and Sreenivasan in the lead roles. The screenplay is based on Santhosh Echikkana's Komaala.

The shooting was start in June last year, but was later postponed due to some changes suggested by Sreenivasan in the script. However now it seems the filmmaker Rajeev Kumar himself is not interested in the project.. the movie which was to be produced by Maniyanpillai Raju was to feature Mukesh, Biju Menon, Innocent, Siddique, Sona Nair, Jagadeesh and others. As this project has been abandoned Maniyan Pillai Raju and Rajeev Kumar are planning another film.
