Mohanlal is back with his Chayamukhi

Chayamukhi, the much acclaimed stage play by superstar Mohanlal is to get a fresh lease of life. The play, which has been stage din many metros in the country and some specific towns in Kerala, is to be staged for the first time in Kochi, which is supposedly another hometown for the actor. This Diwali, October 17, Mohanlal will be back with Chayamukhi at the JT Pac state of art auditorium in Tripunithara on Saturday.

The stage play Chayamukhi is based on a folk tale from the Mahabharata. Mohanlal essays the role Of Bheema in the play. Actor Mukesh also plays a pivotal role in the play. The play produced by Kalidas Visual Magic has already sold out the tickets for as many as the 679 seats in the auditorium. This is an impetus for reviving the theatre tradition in Kerala.
