School Children's Film: Gift of God
Students of Kalady Government High School, Thiruvananthapuram are all set to make a short film titled Gift of God, an attempt to convey the changing attitudes of society towards patients having certain diseases. The pooja of the film was held on Tuesday by noted cine artiste Kalady Jayan, alumnus of the school.
R. Shalini and B. Heera wrote the script which was selected from a list of stories written by the students. The lead roles are played by Vipin Kumar, S. Vipin and Aswathy. The entire production unit, including the cameraman, camera assistants, art directors, makeup man, costume designer and light boys, are provided by Kalady Jayan. The film will feature almost all the students of the school, a report said.
