Jayaram in a double role as SI and goonda

K Madhu-Jayaram team's new film is progressing at Thodupuzha. Jayaram's last film with Madhu was Randaam Varavu.

The story develops in a village background. Advocate Kaimal and Parambathu Raju are rich people in Parvathipuram village. But their relationship is not well. Four girls in the village, Maya, Bhama, Bhadra and Manikutty are friends. Maya is Kaimal's daughter. Bhama is Raju's sister. Later Bhadra was found dead in a suspicious situation. Sub Inspector Rajan reaches there for the investigation and finds that Raju was behind the murder. He arrests Raju. Chalai Mani, a notorious goonda arrives there and demands SI Rajan to release Raju.

Jayaram dons both the roles of SI and goonda. S.N Swami has penned the screenplay. Samvrutha dons the role of Maya. Shivani appears as Mani Kutty who is Rajan's sister. Jagathy dons the role of Kaimal and Ganesh Kumar as Raju. Mangala dons the role of Bhadra. They were supported by Riyas Khan, Harisree Asokan, Suraj Venjaramoodu, Mala Aravindan, Indrans, Chandana, Rani, Manka Mahesh and others.

Venu Gopal wields the camera. Under the banner of Kokkers films, Siyaad Koker is producing the film. The name of the film is yet to be finalised.
