Kavya Madhavan has been in the news for reasons unpleasant with her personal life brought to light and her marital problems usurping the top slots in the media. With her parents openly admitting that problems are there in her married life, which cannot be ruled out, it is clear that the actress has not had a safe ride as far as her marriage is concerned. Kavya had got married five months ago to Nishal Chandra who is working in Kuwait.

Kavya's parents lashed out at the media for spreading false news regarding her attempt to suicide and her move to file a petition seeking divorce. Kavya's father made it clear when he stated, ''She has not approached the court seeking divorce. There is still time for that, and it has certain procedures.''

The latest news that has been floating high is that Kavya Madhavan is staying with her parents in Kochi leaving behind her husband in Kuwait. In these circumstances Kavya has been approached by many film makers for their new projects. Some of the offers awaiting her approval are the Mammootty starrer by director Shafi and many more interesting stories.
