Mamta Mohandas leaves Dileep in the lurch

The panic surrounding Swine Flu has gripped the Malayalam film industry also. Mamta Mohandas who has been reported to have been suffering from 'severe fever' by her mother has walked out the untitled Malayalam movie by director Kamal with Dileep in the lead role. The shooting of the movie was to commence in Ooty from August 21.

Mamta Mohandas had given a fine performance in the Malayalam movie Passenger, with Dileep in the lead role. She played the role of an investigative television reporter and as wife to the character played by Dileep.

Rumours are afloat that Mamta decided to walk out of the movie after she came to know that Aishwarya Bachchan contracted flu while she was shooting for Mani Ratnam's Raavan in Ooty. Seems like the Lady is closely following Aish and trying to make inroads to fame and popularity.
