Ring Tone wakes up from its slumber

Ring Tone, an investigative thriller with Sureshgopi in the lead is slowly heading towards its second schedule. The movie by debutant director Ajmal has Telugu actress Megha Nair in the lead heroine role along with upcoming actor Bala in a prominent role.

The story revolves around a string of mysterious cyanide deaths that have occurred in a tribal community. Superstar Sureshgopi can be seen in the role of a CBI officer Ninan Koshi, who probes into the case and unearths the truth. Sureshgopi has done the role of a cop many times in movies like Commissioner, Ekalavyan and other movies. But this is the first time that he will be seen as CBI officer.

Others in the cast include Ashish Vidyarthi, Rajan P. Dev, Sai Kumar and Anoop Chandran. With the lyrics by Vayalar Sarath Chandra Varma, the music has been scored by Shan. While the shooting of this movie has been dragging on for quite some time it needs to be seen when the shooting would be over and when it would finally make it to the screens
