up
for
release.
The

are

Palazhi
and
Atmakatha
by
Sreenivasan.

award
winning
actress
Meera
Jasmine
is
returning
to
Malayalam
films
after
sometime
with
the
movie
Pattinte
Palazhi.
It
is
a
musical
with
total
nine
songs
scored
by
Malayalam
composer
Suresh
Manimala.
Apart
from
Meera,
the
movie
stars
Revathy,
Manoj
K.
Jayan,
Nedumudi
Venu,
and
Jagathy
in
important
roles.
Renowned
playback
singers
like
Chitra,
Hariharan,
Vijay
Yesudas,
and
Ustad
Faiyas
Khan
have
sung
in
this
film.
The
director
Rajiv
Anchal
has
directed
many
award
winning
films
like
the
Malayalam
movie
Guru,
which
was
Indian
official
entry
for
Oscar
in
1997.
The
second
movie
Atmakatha
deals
with
a
blind
couple
and
their
positive
attitude
towards
life.
It
is
a
very
pleasant
story,
which
is
directed
by
a
former
associate
of
director
Blessy
called
Premlal.
The
lead
role
of
the
blind
pair
is
played
by
actor
Sreenivasan
and
actress
Sharbani
Mukherjee.
The
supporting
cast
of
the
movie
includes
Sreelatha,
Jagathy
and
Kochu
Preman.
Malayalam
music
director
Alphons
Joseph
has
composed
music
for
the
film.
