Malayalam actress Kavya Madhavan has reportedly signed to act with superstar Mammootty again in his upcoming movie Venicile Vyapari, which is being directed by Shafi. The Mallu babe, who has earlier acted with him in Ee Pattanathil Bhootham, will now play his love interest in the movie, which is produced by Murali Films.
Venicile Vyapari is a rollicking comedy entertainer, which is inspired by Shakespearian play 'Merchant of Venice'. It has a heart touching story and Classmate fame James Albert has penned the screenplay for it. Mammootty is playing the hero, Kavya Madhavan has been roped in to essay the heroine's role.
The story of Venicile Vyapari happens in Alleppey (Alapuzha). So the maximum portions of the film will be shot in that location. The muhurtha of the movie will be held on the 15th of July. Filmmaker Shafi has planned to finish the film fast and release it in October.
Kavya Madhavan had first starred alongside actor Mammootty in Ee Pattanathil Bhootham, which is a story of an orphan boy named Jimmy. Mammootty has played Jimmy, while Kavya appeared as Ancy. Though the combo got lot of accolades for their performances, the movie had utterly failed at the Box Office.
