Khushboo fractures her leg on Mr Marumakan set

Popular South Indian actress Khushboo Sundar fell off from the staircase and broke her leg on the set of Dileep starrer Malayalam film Mr Marumakan in Kochi. The Veteran star was immediately rushed to a hospital in the city. The doctors have suggested her to take rest for two weeks.

The Mr Marumakan team had raised a set in Kochi for the shooting of a sequence and Khushboo had to walk down the staircase. As the actress started enacting for the scene, the staircase suddenly collapsed. She lost her balance and fell of from it. She fractured her left leg.

Khushboo was immediately taken to a private hospital in Kochi, where she got necessary treatment. She was also recommended to take rest for two weeks. Her husband Sundar C rushed to Kochi to take care of her immediately after he heard the news about her accident on the set.

However, Mr. Marumakan is a Malayalam family drama film, directed by Sandhya Mohan. The movie features Dileep and Sanusha in the lead roles. Khushboo is essaying the role of Dileep's arrogant mother-in-law in the film. Tamil actors Bhagyaraj is also reprising a major supporting roles in it.
