Malayalam
movie
The
King
And
The
Commissioner,
which
was
reportedly
shelved
over
the
differences
of
opinion
between
Mammootty
and
Suresh
Gopi,
is
now
all
set
to
start
rolling
from
the
25th
of
April.
According
to
source,
both
Mallu
superstars
have
now
have
decided
to
coming
together
again
on
screen
with
this
project.
Mammootty
and
Suresh
Gopi
have
last
appeared
together
in
Twenty
Twenty.
In
recent
years,
there
a
kind
of
cold
war
that
was
said
to
have
developed
between
the
two
stars.
But
Suresh
Gopi
visited
Mammootty
at
his
residence
last
week.
With
the
hour-long
meeting,
the
stars
have
apparently
buried
the
hatches.
Both
the
leading
stars
of
Malayalam
are
said
to
be
joining
hands
for
the
movie
The
King
And
The
Commissioner.
Mammootty
will
once
again
play
Thevalliparambil
Joseph
Alex
IAS
in
the
movie
while
Suresh
Gopi
will
appear
as
Bharath
Chandran
IPS
for
the
third
time.
The
King
And
The
Commissioner
is
being
produced
by
Anto
Joseph.
Another
specialty
of
the
film
is
that
it
is
bringing
scriptwriter
Renji
Panikkar
and
director
Shaji
Kailas
together
after
15
years.
However,
Mammootty
is
on
his
Europe
tour
and
this
project
would
start
rolling
in
April
after
his
return.
