Prithviraj signs to star in Shibu Anthikkad's film

Malayalam actor Prithviraj Sukumaran, who recently tied the knot with his girlfriend Supriya Menon, has reportedly signed to star in Shibu Anthikkad's debut directorial venture. This movie happens to be the first project that the actor has accepted after his marriage. It will be shot in Palakkad and Thrissur.

Shibu Anthikkad has been an associate director of Sathyan Anthikkad for a long time. His first directorial movie will have a village story and Prithviraj will appear as a commoner in it. Shibu is currently busy with the selection of other cast and crew for the untitled movie and he is expected to come out with full details soon.

However, Prithviraj-Shibu's yet-to-be titled movie will be produced by Raju Malyath under the banner of Raagam movies. Pradeep Nair will handle the camerawork for the film. Prithvi is now busy with several other projects. He is expected to start shooting for this flick within a couple of months.
