Ningalkkum Akam Kodeeswaran is the Malayalam version of the hugely popular television show Kaun Banega Crorepati, hosted by Amitabh Bachchan. The show was in turn inspired by Who Wants to be a Millionaire, one of the world's most successful quiz show.
While the Kannada version, hosted by Puneeth Rajkumar went on air on Suvarna TV on March 12th, Surya is presently hosting the Tamil version Neengallum Vellalam Oru Kodi on Vijay TV.
Siddharth Basu, chairman and managing director of Big Synergy is the mastermind behind the show.
Speaking about Kodeeswaran, Suresh Gopi had previously said that he is very positive that Ningalkkum Aagaam Kodeeswaran would become very big and hugely popular in Kerala.
