Urvashi to drag ex-husband Manoj K Jayan to court again

Urvashi, whose twelve-year-old daughter Kunjatta (Theja Lakshmi) submitted in writing before the family court that she did not want to go with her mother, has decided to file a defamation case against her ex-husband Manoj K Jayan. Manoj had on Friday accused her of coming drunk to the family court when she came to take her daughter out for shopping.

The High Court had earlier ordered that Urvashi and Manoj's daughter Kunjatta must be produced before the court on all Fridays and Saturdays. On these days, Urvashi could spend time with her from 10 am to 4 pm. However, when Urvashi came to pick her, Manoj K Jayan accused Urvashi of being under the influence of alcohol. After a lot of discussion and heated argument, it was decided by the judge that Urvashi could not take her daughter.

Urvashi said recently that she will file a case of defamation against Manoj K Jayan. She also stated that the change in her behaviour was because of the strong medication that she had to consume after her recent surgery. The actress also spent nearly one hour with Kunjatta in a room of family court.
