Aishwarya Rai Bachchan Wants To Act In Mollywood!
The diva and celebrity Aishwarya Rai Bachchan enthralled the audience with her presence at the inaugural function of the new Kalyan Jewellers showroom at MG road, Thiruvananthapuram. Aish along with Manju Warrier inaugurated the showroom in the midst of a huge crowd and expressed her desire to act in a Malayalam film.
Though Aishwarya is from the South, she has acted only in a few South Indian movies, the popular one being Iruvar along with Mohanlal. But, she has never acted in a Malayalam movie and expressed her wish to do a good role in a Malayalam film. She is all set to make her comeback into the industry along with her hubby Abhishek Bachchan.
Meanwhile, Manju Warrier, dressed in a traditional Kerala set and mundu, caught the attention of the crowd. Though Aishwarya was the centre of attraction, Manju Warrier too had her own space among the audience. The crowd went excited when the two divas waved their hands to them. The security guards found it too difficult to control the huge crowd.
Now, the desire expressed by Aishwarya Rai Bachchan may lead to her entry into Mollywood very soon. Sridevi, Genelia D'Souza, Vidya Balan, Tabu, Katrina Kaif and Pooja Batra are some of Bollywood actresses who have acted in Malayalam films.
