Asif Ali is supposed to tie the knot with his fiancee Zama Mazar on May 26 in Kannur. But he does not have pre-wedding jitters as he is still submerged in his filmy activities. The actor, who is currently shooting for Jean Paul Lal's debut movie Honeybee in Lakshwadeep, says that he is yet to invite guests for his marriage ceremony.
A few weeks ago, Asif Ali started giving wedding cards and after inviting few important guests, he has recently resumed the filming of Honeybee. He is busy shooting a few underwater shots for the film in Lakshwadeep. "I'm busy now with work at sea, and once I reach the shore I will start calling people for the wedding," TOI quotes the actor as saying.
Asif Ali says that he is now quite chilled out and is not nervous about his impending wedding. But all that bothers him is the project that he has committed to finish in May. He would like to complete the shooting of the movie Honeybee before he enters wedlock with Zama Mazar this Sunday.
Asif Ali got engaged to Kannur-based Zama on September 9, 2012, and their engagement was held at Flora Airport Hotel in Cochin. Their marriage will take place in Kannur. The actor has planned to hold a grand reception party for his friends and colleagues from the film industry.
