I Am Not A Part Of Geethanjali, Says Mamta Mohandas

Mamta Mohandas, the profound actress, has slammed news stating that she is a part of Priyadarshan's upcoming movie Geethanjali. The actress has tweeted the same. It was earlier rumoured that Mamta will be playing the role of Geetha in the movie. She has also confirmed that she has not signed any films.

In this Movie, Mohanlal will be once again seen portraying the role of Dr Sunny. He was first seen in this role in the earlier flick Manichitrathazhu. Keerthi Menaka, daughter producer Suresh Kumara and yesteryear actress Menaka Suresh, is making her debut with this movie and is seen playing the female lead. Nishan is paired opposite Keerthi in Geethanjali.

It has been also said that actress Shobana will be seen in a cameo role in this movie. The major highlight of the film is that actor Innocent is making a comeback to the industry after his treatment from cancer, with this film. On the whole, the movie is a much hyped one as it marks the comeback of Mohanlal as Dr Sunny.

Geethanjali is said to be a psychological thriller. Siddique, Ganesh, Harishree Ashokan and others are also seen in supporting roles. People are anxiously waiting for the release of this movie. The shooting is progressing and the movie is expected to get released by October.
