Kunjali Marakkar Starts From February
Kunjali Marakkar is a much anticipated movie by the megastar Mammootty. Directed by Amal Neerad, this movie will be the big budget movie that has been ever made in the history of Malayalam cinema. The movie budget is around Rs 40 crores. If reports are to be believed, the shooting of the movie will begin from February 26, at Kozhikode, next year.

the

Mammootty
portrays
the

Kunjali
Marakkar.

of
Pazhassiraja,
which
was
one
of
the
much
hyped
movie
of
its
time.
It
won
him
laurels.
It
was
directed
by
Hariharan
and
was
produced
by
Gokulam
Gopalan.
Kunjali Marakkar will be produced under the banner of August Cinema by Santhosh Sivan, Shaji Nateshan and Prithviraj who are currently basking in the success of their last release Kadal Kadannu Oru Mathukutty.
Producer Santhosh Sivan will be wielding the camera for this film. Kunjali Marakkar is also said to be a bilingual which will be made in Malayalam and Tamil, and also will be dubbed in Telugu and Hindi. The movie has used a lot of 3D effects to give a good picturisation. The director hopes to release this movie by next year August 15.
