Mayamohini Is Smt Jayalalitha In Kannada

Dileep starrer movie Mayamohini will be getting its Kannada remake. Dileep was seen playing a woman in this film. The movie was a big hit at the Box Office.

The Kannada version of the film is titled Smt Jayalalitha. Kannada comedy actor Sharan will play the role portrayed by Dileep in Mayamohini. Charulatha movie fame Ponkumaran will be directing the Kannada version of the film.

The movie has no link with the Tamil Nadu CM Jayalalitha as the title suggests. It is just for the sake of attraction, says the director.

Mayamohini was directed by Jose Thomas. Biju Menon, Baburaj, Mythili, Lakshmi Rai, etc., were seen in supporting roles. The movie has its script written by Udaykrishna and Sibi K Thomas.

Smt Jayalalitha will see two heroines - Disha and Aishwarya Devan. Disha plays the role of Mythili in the film. Harish Raj will play the role of Biju Menon.

Hope Smt Jayalalitha will gain the same success as Mayamohini.
