Mohanlal's Koothara First Look Revealed

Sreenath Rajendran directed movie Koothara had already made it to the headlines due to its unique title. The movie is back in news as the first look of the movie has been revealed. For the first time, the superstar of the industry Mohanlal will be seen along with young stars like Asif Ali, Vineeth Sreenivasan and Sunny Wayne in this movie.

Koothara is written by Vini Vishwa Lal. Manu is also seen playing a pivotal role in this film. Shaul Hammeed Marikkar is producing Koothara under the banner of Marikkar Productions Reloaded. Gopi Sunder has composed the sound track and background score for Koothara. One of the major locations of the film will be Lakshwadeep. The other cast in the film is yet to be finalised.

Koothara movie is said to have many fresh faces, which were selected through an audition. It has been reported that Mohanlal will be joining the sets of Koothara for 15 days. Director Sreenath Rajendran's debut venture was Second Show. Dulquar Salman, Sunny Wayne and Gauthami Nair played lead in the film. It was a Blockbuster.

Meanwhile, Mohanlal's much awaited movie Geethanjali is expected to get released in October. Asif Ali is gearing up with two films - To Noor With love and Bicycle Thieves. Nithya Menon and Aparna Gopinath will be pairing opposite him in the two films. Sunny Wayne is on high with the success of his Neelakasham Pachakadal Chuvanna Bhoomi, while Vineeth Sreenivasan has started the shoot of his next flick titled Thira, which is a trilogy.
