Mukesh Responds To Ex-Wife Saritha's Claims!
Actor Mukesh had made it to the headlines after he got married to the dancer Methil Devika last Friday. It was a love marriage. Mukesh, who married actress Saritha earlier, had two sons. But soon after the marriage, Saritha came front claiming that Mukesh's new marriage stands illegal as she and Mukesh are not officially divorced. Though Mukesh did not respond then, the actor has come up with his reply now.

Saritha
were
living
separately
since
1996.
He
filed
a
divorce
case
at
Ernakulam
Family
Court
and
the
court
granted
him
the
divorce
in
2012
January.
Mukesh
says
that
now
it
has
been
one
and
a
half
years
since
he
got
his
divorce
from
Saritha
and
so,
adding
on,
he
claims
that
his
second
marriage
is
in
no
way
an
act
of
bigamy.
Mukesh says that he married Methil Devika under the special marriage act. He had submitted all the records of his previous marriage including the divorce granted paper before getting married to Methil Devika. Under these circumstances, Mukesh says that his marriage with Methil Devika is legal in all ways and Saritha's claims stand way out.
Mukesh was in Dubai when Saritha made her statement against the re-marriage. His sons are staying along with Saritha, who is currently residing in Dubai.
