Kalabhavan Mani was in the news recently for having a miff with the customs officials, after which he had to pay a sum of Rs 7,000 as redemption fees and penalty. It seems like the South Indian stars are becoming the victims of gold smuggling after the culprit of the act Fayas has been arrested. The latest victim is Mythili, who has been sent a notice by the CBI.
Actress Mythili has been reportedly sent a notice by the CBI officers, who are investigating the gold smuggling case involving Fayas. The accused is a friend of actor Dileep and also Edavela Babu. The two stars did face many issues related to the same. But, later many came in support of them. Now, the officers have asked Mythili to appear before them for further queries.
Former Miss South India winner Sravya Sudhakar, who was recently questioned by the officers, revealed that she was introduced to Fayas by actress Mythili. Because of this reason, Mythili has been sent a notice.
Meanwhile, Sravya Sudhakar has also confirmed that Fayas is a close friend of her. They met while she was a part of a stage show in Dubai. She also said that they both have done many flight journeys together, which she says that all was for her growth in the field of modelling.
Sravya has also said that she is not aware of Fayas involvement in gold smuggling. Reports claim that the CBI have got enough details from Sravya against Fayas and plans to make her a witness in the further investigation.
