Reenu
Mathews
made
her
debut
in
the
industry
along
with
Mammootty
in
the
film
Immanuel.
Later
she
was
seen
in
the
short
story
Kullante
Bhaarya
in
the
movie
Anju
Sundarikal.
Now,
she
is
all
set
to
pair
opposite
Mammootty
once
again
and
Reenu
Mathews
is
all
the
more
excited
for
this
second
chance.
Reenu
will
play
the
female
lead
in
Shibu
Gangadharan's
yet-to-be
titled
movie,
which
is
based
on
Paul
Zachariah's
novel,
Praise
The
Lord.
She
says,
"I
play
Mammootty's
wife
in
the
movie.
Ancy
is
the
mother
of
two
children."However,
she
says
Ancy
is
different
from
Annie,
her
character
in
Immanuel.
"Ancy
is
a
bold
woman
who
has
a
say
in
every
household
activity.
While
in
Immanuel
we
played
a
middle-class
family,
in
this
movie
we
hail
from
a
rich
Pala-based
family," she
adds.
Though
this
is
her
second
movie
with
Mammootty,
Reenu
says
that
she
is
very
tensed
while
acting
opposite
him.
"I
am
still
tensed
while
working
with
Mammootty
sir.
But
I
am
gradually
getting
used
to
working
with
him,
and
have
now
become
slightly
relaxed.
He
also
ensures
that
I
am
at
ease
while
shooting.
He
gives
me
suggestions
on
how
to
improvise
on
a
scene,
which
is
very
encouraging," says
Reenu.
Reenu
works
for
an
airlines
as
its
crew
member
and
has
a
month
leave
every
year.
She
said
that
she
missed
many
good
projects
from
hand
due
to
the
same.
She
said,
"I
just
have
30
days
of
leave
every
year.
So
I
can
fly
down
to
Kerala
only
for
one
movie
a
year.
I
am
not
sure
if
I
will
be
able
to
complete
the
shoot
of
Shibu's
film
as
it
has
been
delayed
due
to
the
unpredictable
weather.
I
hope
to
complete
the
schedule
before
it
is
time
for
me
to
fly
back
to
Dubai."
Adding
on
the
actress
said
that
she
has
no
plans
of
choosing
acting
as
her
full-time
career.
She
said
that
she
will
think
about
it
when
the
appropriate
time
comes.
Reenu
has
three
projects
in
hand
and
hopes
to
confirm
any
two
depending
on
the
schedule.
