The actress said that she would be concentrating more on her dancing career and will be supervising her dance schools all over Kerala. The latest news about her is that she has made a comeback into acting.

Shalu Menon has reportedly signed a serial in a popular Malayalam channel. The actress is said to essay the role of Commissioner of police in the serial. The first shot of her scene was done successfully. The scene included Shalu ordering her sub-ordinates to help an old woman in trouble. According to reports, the actress gave a perfect shot without any re-takes.

Now this shows that the industry still has offers for the actress. Shalu, who was in jail for quite sometime, had a real confusion to make a comeback or not. But the industry has given a great start for the actress in the role of a police officer.
