The
International
Film
Festival
which
is
being
held
at
Goa
since
2004
has
become
the
talk
of
the
town
after
the
authorities
have
announced
the
avoidance
of
Bollywood
premieres
in
the
festival.
The
authorities
said
that
the
2013
edition
of
the
International
Film
Festival
of
India
(IFFI)
will
not
showcase
Bollywood
premieres
so
that
film
lovers
can
concentrate
on
meaningful
and
serious
cinema.
But
Mollywood
has
a
good
news.
Six
Malayalam
movies
have
entered
the
Film
Festival
this
time!
KR
Manoj

movie
Shutter,
Shyama
Prasad's
movie
Artist,
Salim

and

all
set
to

will
be
shown
under
the
Indian
Panorama
category.
Forty
two
films
from
feature
and
non-feature
category
will
be
shown
in
Indian
panorama
category.
All
the
six
movies
which
have
been
selected
for
the
festival
had
won
very
good
appreciation
at
the
Box
Office.
The
authorities
of
the
festival
said
that
popular
films
from
Hindi,
Telugu,
Tamil
and
Bengali
cinema
will
not
be
screened
in
the
10-day
long
festival
beginning
on
November
20.
The
highlight
is
that
the
authorities
have
sent
an
invitation
to
superstar
Rajinikanth
for
the
opening
ceremony
of
the
festival.
The
actor
has
not
confirmed
his
presence
at
the
function
till
now.
