Swati
Reddy
has
now
become
like
a
girl
next
door
to
all
Malayalis.
With
her
stunning
performances
in
her
movies
like
Amen
and
North
24
Kaatham,
the
actress
has
already
created
her
own
space
in
the
industry.
Now,
she
has
reportedly
signed
her
third
movie.
For
both
her
previous
movies,
Fahad
Fazil
played
opposite
her.
But,
her
third
film
will
have
Asif
Ali
as
the
male
lead.
Swati
Reddy
has
signed
the
movie
Mosayile
Kuthira
Meenukal,
which
is
in
its
shooting
stage.
Earlier,
the
female
lead
was
said
to
be
played
by
Andrea
Jeremiah.
But,
the
actress
stepped
back
due
to
date
issues.
The
crew
then
cast
Swati
in
the
lead
and
now
the
actress
is
all
excited
about
her
new
role
in
the
movie.
Swati
says,
"I
play
a
Lakshadweep
native,
and
I
am
quite
excited
about
my
role.
My
look
and
costumes
will
also
be
something
entirely
new.
It
might
sound
cliched
coming
from
an
actor,
but
the
fact
that
this
is
going
to
be
entirely
different
from
the
two
films
I
did
in
Malayalam
previously,
which
made
me
take
it
up." Swati
also
adds
that
she
plays
a
very
bold
character
in
this
movie.
Swati
is
very
particular
that
she
gets
the
lip
sync
right.
She
compromises
with
the
director
when
it
comes
to
the
dubbing
part
as
she
doubts
she
might
go
wrong
in
selling
the
right
accent.
Swati
says
that
she
is
keeping
a
slow
pace
with
the
Malayalam
industry.
She
also
says
that
she
is
a
huge
fan
of
new
wave
of
films
in
the
industry
at
present.
She
opines,
"Malayalam
cinema
was
imitating
other
industries
for
a
decade
and
then
suddenly
they
decided
to
throw
out
all
the
frills
and
fancies
and
do
their
own
thing."
Apart
from
Swati,
Janani
Iyer
is
also
seen
playing
the
lead
in
Mosayile
Kuthira
Meenukal.
Asif
Ali
and
Sunny
Wayne
are
the
male
leads.
The
movie
is
busy
with
its
shooting.
