Nayantara is one of the most paid Malayalam actress. Though she is not that frequent in Malayalam movies, the actress gets her highest payment of Rs 1 crore for her Tamil and Telugu flicks. Now, Amala Paul is all set to step into the shoes of Nayantara. Yes, Amala will be getting a remuneration of Rs 1 crore for her upcoming Telugu flick.

Now, the actress lashed out at this question saying that she does not understand the concept of the most rated and least rated actress. She said that she has increased her remuneration, but she claims that remuneration is the criteria that identifies an actress and what she deserves.

Amala said that her upcoming Telugu flick Vastha Nee Venuka is completely shot abroad. So, she will not be able to commit any other movies till the shooting of this film gets over. She claims this to be the reason for the sudden hike she had put in her remuneration.
