Anil Radhakrishnan Menon Denies Allegations

Anil Radhakrishnan Menon, director of recent super hit Sapthamashree Thaskaraha, denied the allegations rose against the movie. It was reported that the movie is a copy of a foreign movie; but the director brushed off the allegations and stated that the movie is based on a fresh script. He also challenged the people who raise allegations, to prove their points with valid evidence.

It was alleged that Sapthamashree Thaskaraha is a copy of the Hollywood movie The Italian Job. Some other sources stated that the movie is inspired from the movie Ocean’s Eleven.

Anil Radhakrishnan Menon expressed his deep displeasure on such allegations. The director says that it has been a habit of some people, to allege plagiarism on creations of new directors. Anil points out those veteran directors are safe from such allegations. He states that there are so many movies based on the same theme; so the similarities cannot be considered as plagiarism.

Sapthamashree Thaskaraha stars Prithviraj, Asif Ali, Nedumudi Venu, Neeraj Madhav, Chemban Vinod Jose etc in the lead roles. The movie, which revolves around 7 thieves who joines hands for a mission, emerged as the highest grosser of recent times and has earned positive reviews from the audience and critics.
