Anoop Menon Turns Singer Again!

Anoop Menon, who is popular as an actor, script writer as well as lyricist, is all set to play the role of a singer once again. After doing the same in his scripted movie Beautiful, the actor will be essaying the role of a singer in his next outing titled The Dolphin Bar.

The Dolphin Bar will have Suresh Gopi playing the role of a bar owner. Kalpana plays his wife in this movie. The main highlight of the film is that the flick will see Suresh Gopi in a new avatar. With his Thiruvananthapuram slang and new looks, Suresh Gopi forms the USP of the film.

Anoop has penned one song for the film. Another highlight of the film is that the old song 'O mridule...' will have its remake version in The Dolphin Bar. It will be sung by Sudeep Kumar. Ace actor Madhu makes a special appearance in this song. Meghana Raj is also seen in a pivotal role in the film, essaying the role of Mridula.

Sreenivasan, Saiju Kurup, Suraj Venjaramood, Joju Mala, Nishanth Sagar and Indrans also play prominent roles in the film. M Jayachandran has composed the music for the two songs in the film. The film was mainly shot in Thiruvananthapuram. The shooting is almost complete, except a few scenes which are to be canned in Mumbai. The Dolphin Bar is expected to hit the screens by March end.
