Double Barrel Has Prithviraj, Indrajith, Asif Ali

After much anticipation, director Lijo Jose Pellissery has finally announced the cast for his upcoming movie Double Barrel. Lijo is doing this movie after postponing his yet another movie Antichrist. There were many speculations about the cast of Double Barrel. Now, the director has revealed it.

The confirmed cast of Double Barrel movie are Prithviraj, Asif Ali, Sunny Wayne and Indrajith in male lead roles. Swati Reddy and Rachana Narayanankutty play female leads in the film. According to the director, Double Barrel is a light-hearted comedy entertainer revolving around this gang.

There was news that the movie is laid in the backdrop of 70's but, the directior slams this news and says that it is set against the backdrop of Goan culture and will be shot majorly in Goa. He said that he cannot reveal anything more about the film.

Lijo promises that all the cast in the film shares equal screen space throughout the movie and that each character has its own identity as well. He also added that all of them will be getting a new look in the film. Prashant Pillai will compose the music for the film.

The shooting of the film will kick start from July 20. Goa is the main location of the film. We have to wait for more updates about the film.
