Biju Menon, the versatile actor who proved his mettle with lead, negative, comic and supporting roles, says that he is too lazy to do the lead roles. The actor states that he is very much comfortable in supporting roles and wants to be active with the both old and new generation movies.

Biju Menon thinks that playing the lead role in a movie is a huge responsibility, as the success of the movie partially lies in the shoulder of the lead actor. The actor says that the character roles have more scopes to perform, than the lead roles.

Biju Menon has earlier played the lead roles in critically acclaimed movies Mazha, Madhuranombarakkattu, Bharathan Effect etc. His latest release Vellimoonga, in which he played the lead role, is running successfully in the theatres and has already emerged as one of the highest grossers of the year.

Biju Menon will join hands with his lucky co-star Kunchako Boban is Ordinary fame Sugeeth directed upcoming flick. The actor will team up with Prithviraj in scenarist Sachi’s directorial debut and G Marthandan’s upcoming movie Paavada, in which he will also share screen with veteran actress Shobana and actor-writer Anoop Menon. The actor is also planning for his second production venture, along with his best pals’ actor Suresh Krishna, scenarist Sachi, director Shajoon Kayal and cinematographer-director P Sukumar.
