Lekha Namboothiri Inspires Rima Kallingal To Donate Organs!

Rima Kallingal, who contributed to the welfare of the penniless cancer patients by donating her wedding expenses, has set an example once again. This time she has inspired many by deciding to donate her organs.

Rima says that she was inspired by yet another woman, who donated her kidney without anything in return. Rima posted a picture with Lekha Namboothiri, the woman who donated her kidney.

Rima posted on her Facebook page: This is Lekha Namboothiri.

She donated her kidney last year to Shafi.

Her 2 sons live in orphanages as she can't afford their studies and daily expenses .

At one point she was offered 15 lakhs for her kidney by another party but she stuck to her decision to donate her kidney to Shafi ... Because she knew Shafi could never afford to buy one on his own.

Shafi is in good health now and is living happily with his wife and 3 year old son .

She is a hero. And she inspired me to donate my organs .

Hope she inspires many more .
