The
much
hyped
Mammootty
starred
movie
Gangster
was
in
news
recently
for
many
reasons.
The
movie
did
not
reach
the
expectation
and
is
now
getting
a
luke
warm
response
at
the
Box
Office.
The
movie
which
was
released
in
120
theaters
all
over
India
has
now
landed
in
another
controversy!
It
has
come
to
the
notice
of
the
Censor
Board
that
many
of
the
posters
of
the
movie
did
not
bear
the
certification
giuven
by
them.
As
we
all
know,
Gangster
was
given
an
A
certification
by
the
Censor
Board
as
it
had
contents
which
had
intense
violence
in
it.
Moreover
the
movie
also
used
very
rude
languages.
Now,
according
to
Jacob,
executive
officer
of
the
Regional
Censor
Board,
it
has
come
to
their
notice
that
most
of
the
posters
of
Gangster
do
not
have
the
certification.
This
is
against
the
rules.
As
per
Rule
38
of
Cinematograph
Rules
1983,
any
person
advertising
a
film
shall
indicate
the
category
of
certification.
Violating
the
rule
is
a
non-bailable
offense
under
section
7
of
Cinematograph
Act,
1952.
Now,
neither
Aashiq
Abu,
the
directorm
of
the
fiolm
nor
the
producers
have
reponded
to
this
as
of
now.
What
will
happen
to
Gangster
is
yet
to
be
seen!
