Mammootty's Munnariyippu Gets Postponed!

Mammootty's last outing Gangster did not do much good at the Box Office and this had disappointed all his fans. Now, the actor is back with yet another releasing0 the month of June. As reported earlier, his movie Munnariyippu was slated to be released on June 12.Sources claim that the movie has now been postponed.

According to the latest reports Munnariyippu will now be released on June 19. The trailer of the movie was launched earlier, had got very good response from the audience and had also gone viral on all social pages. Munnariyippu is helmed by cameraman turned director Venu.

Mammootty plays the role of a common man named Raghavan. He loves to lead a simple life and likes solitude. He is released from jail when Anjali Arackal enters into his life. Anjali is a journalist who wants to write on Raghavan and his life.Her meeting with him indirectly changes her perspective of life too. Aparna Gopinth plays the role of Anjali.

The rest of the cast include Prathap Pothen, Nedumudi Venu, Renji Panicker, Joy Mathew, Sreeraman, Sudheesh, and Muthumani. Bijipal has composed the music for the film and the cinematography is handled by the director himself.

The director tries to narrate the story of Raghavan who loves to lead a simple life according to his interests and concepts. Munnariyippu is produced by director Ranjith and his friends under the banner Gold Coin Motion Pictures.
