yesterday.
Along
with
Manju,
ten
important
women
of
Rima's
life,
which
includes
her
mother,
mother-in-law,
first
dance
teacher,
Baby
Rajagopal-
who
was
the
inspiration
behind
actress
Revathy's
character
Bhanumathy
in
the
classic
movie
Devasuram,
dancer
Aswathy
V
Nair-daughter
of
veteran
writer
M
T
Vasudevan
Nair
were
also
present
in
the
venue.
Rima
Kallingal,
who
is
a
professional
dancer
herself,
is
very
active
in
the
fieldwith
contemporary
dance
performances.
The
actress
stated
that
she
aims
to
create
an
entirely
different
platform
for
the
upcoming
generation
with
her
dance
school,
by
associating
various
varieties
of
dance
forms
across
the
world.
Mamangam
School
Of
Dance
is
offering
courses
in
five
different
dance
forms-
Bharathanatyam,
Kuchipudi,
Kalari,
Hip-hop
and
the
Brazilian
dance
form,
Capoeira
in
the
initial
stage.
The
school
authorities
are
planning
to
include
more
dance
forms
in
the
future.
Udaya
is
the
dance
course
meant
for
children
in
the
age
group
3-7,
for
learning
the
basics
of
dance.
Punarjani
is
a
platform
for
ladies
who
missed
the
experience
of
dance
at
the
younger
age.
The
main
faculties
of
Mamangam
dance
school
includes
renowned
dancers
Narayani
Anoop,
N
Srikanth,
Aswathy
V
Nair,
Padmavani,
Jaikishore,
Dil
Sagar
and
Sritheren.
