The movie is directed by Rosshan Andrrews. How Old Are You has been scripted by Bobby and Sanjay. This is their third movie for Rosshan. The last three movies were Notebook, Casanova and Mumbai Police. Listin Stephen, who has produced hits like Chaapa Kurishu, Traffic and Usthad Hotel, will be producing How Old Are You.
