Mohanlal Hosts Class Of 80s Actors Party

The concept of Class Of 80s Actors Party was coined by actresses Lizy Priyadarshan and Suhasini Mani Ratnam in 2009. From then, a group of stars from all the South Indian languages meet once a year to share their happiness and refresh their friendship. This year the party was hosted by none other than Mohanlal!

Mohanlal hosted the Class Of 80s Actors party for the year 2014 at his beachfront property in Injambakkam, East Coast Road on Saturday (January 18). Almost thirty two stars from all the South Indian languages attended this awesome party threw by Mohanlal.

Each year, the party is hosted based on a theme and this year it was a Hawaiian theme. Venkatesh, Suhasini Mani Ratnam, Ambareesh, Sumalatha, Ramesh Aravind, Revathi, Poornima Bhagyaraj, Radha, Nadhiya, Khushboo, Kokila Mohan, Jayaram, Suman, Naresh, Bhanuchendra, Poornima Bhagyaraj, Radha, Nadhiya, Khushboo, Kokila Mohan and many others were present in the party this year.

The main highlight of this party is that it has been on action since 2007 and till now, only the stars are allowed inside the party and not their family members. These stars even have a group in Google. This shows the intense of their friendship and how much they value it.

Jayaram was so excited to be a part of the 80s Actors Party. He tweeted, "It was a memorable fun day with #ClassOf80's. He even posted some his pictures with other stars."
