Peruchazhi Sets A New Record!
Even before the release, Peruchazhi movie has set a new record. It has become the first Malayalam movie to be shot for the longest period in the US till now. The movie team has apparently gone to the US for a 30 days schedule to complete the rest of its shooting.
As
we
all
know,
an
artificial
set
was
created
at
Raviz
Hotel,
Kollam,
that
resembled
America,
to
shoot
some
portions
of
the
film
as
well
as
a
song.
Other
than
that,
rest
of
the
scenes
will
be
shot
in
the
US.
Those
artificiality
was
needed
due
to
some
unavoidable
technical
reasons.
Mohanlal plays a politician in theis film. The movie is a satirical one, as per the reports. Mukesh, Baburaj, Ragini Nandwani, Aju Varghese, Vijay Babu, Sandra Thomas and many others are seen in supporting roles. Andrea Jeremiah has apparently turned a singer in Mollywood with this film.
Aravind Krishna will be wielding the camera for this film. Vijay Babu and Sandra Thomas are producing this film under the banner of Friday Film House. They once said that they decided to be a part of the film as they wanted to cut short the expenses.
The scripting of the film is done by Ajayan Venugopal. Directed by Arun Vaidhyanathan, reports claim that the director has plans to make this film both in Tamil and Hindi which will be played by Kamal Hassan and Sanjay Dutt respectively.
