Mohanlal Plays Volleyball, Wins The Match!

Mohanlal, the pride of Mollywood, is also the Lieutenant Colonel of the 122 Territorial Army, Kannur. A volleyball match was organised by Kannur Press Club and it was played between the 122 Territorial Army team led by Mohanlal and Collector's team. At the end of the match, Mohanlal's team wins the game.

It was indeed a great sight to watch the star playing on the ground. He wore the jersy no 1 and was the captain too. Major Ravi, who is also from the army, too played for Lal's team. Eight amazing first serves and two adventurous defending without any loop were the contributions made by Lal in the game.

Mohanlal gave his first serve at the 12th minute of the game. He did gave some minor flaws here and there while playing but, the actor was cheered up by the huge crowd that had gathered to see their star on the ground. Though it started drizzling after sometime, Mohanlal and his team continued playing and finished off the game, winning.

Soon, it began raining and Lal could not stay back and ran to the pavillion. Mohanlal and his team won the game by scoring 23 points. Collector's team could take only 13 points. The function was inaugurated by Territorial Army Commanding Officer Colonel BS Bali. Central Minister KC Venugopal met the players beforehand and wished them good luck. The match kick start with the first serve from the Minister. It was indeed a great moment for all Mohanlal fans to watch him live playing a match!
