The Malayalam movie Mr Fraud, which is all slated to get released on May 8, has been banned by theater owners from screening. Now, this was the latest news on the film. This news has been cornered with yet another news on the movie. As per the latest news, the satellite rights of Mr Fraud has been sold for a whopping amount of Rs 6.5 crores!
Now, this news is quite contradictory. How come the movie satellite gets sold when the releasing of the film itself is in dilemna? It has been reported that popular Television channel Mazhavil Manorama has bagged the satellite rights of Mr Fraud for Rs 6.5 crores.
After the release of Gangster, it was claimed that the satellite rights of the movie was bagged by Kairali TV for an amount of Rs 5 crores. Ezhu Sundara Rathrikal starring Dileep was rumoured to have been sold for Rs 7 crores, which was slammed by the director later.
Mr Fraud is a much anticipated movie by all the audience. Two teasers of the movie got released recently that made the movie go viral on all social sites. Earlier, there was an issue raised on selling the satellite rights of the movie even before its release. It was said that it will be modified later on but, this shows that it is still the same.
